The First Sustainable/Green Residential Building Project Completed In the Year 2011: Maintainable Private Building Dr Rey Galua constructed the primary Sustainable/Green Residential House, FPIA, situated in Pueblo Golf Estate, Pueblo de Oro, Cagayan de Oro City. His doctoral Dissertation took his certificate in Doctor of Sustainable Development Studies, focal in the country and metropolitan arranging.
